The Sugar Heritage Village brings to life the rich history of Trinidad & Tobago's sugar industry while enhancing the Couva/Point Lisas area with much-needed historical, educational, sporting, recreational, environmental and commercial facilities. This is a project which is currently under way, effectively led by the Trinidad and Tobago Ministry of Tourism. We invite you to explore the elements of the Sugar Heritage Village and venture into a past that built so much of Trinidad and Tobago's present.
